what i'm learning is that when we are unable to hold the things in our lives together tightly, eg, poor time management causing appointment cancellations , double bookings, delayed commmunications, lack of communications, late appointments, jobs undone, we affect the lives of people around us. Our lives are shakey and it shakes the lives of people around us, be they family, friends or co workers. when we can , we become the pillar for others. how many people actually see that? i'm still struggling to create a new platform for me to bring my integrity to the next stage. |

There is undoubtedly a connection between us all. All explanations that I've ever seen don't quite hit the nail on the head, to explain what that connection is. Perhaps we can't conceptualise it? I feel we can live it though. We can care about others. Aim to act with integrity in our everyday interactions, so that we can feel that what we do is right. This gives us a positive feedback loop, which further encourages us to act this way. When you're at this stage, review. Then you will be looking for another new platform, to bring yourself to the next stage |

To live a life of integrity you must seek the challenge every day. Become an example of it. I used to be teased by my friends for being 'too virtuous' even to the point they called me Queen Victoria. But after awhile I saw it as a compliment. They knew I was one to be trusted, I added stability to the cause, and if they needed anything, I was the one to call. (wait, did I just call myself a call girl? LOL). Whether it be personal, with the law, business, or just how to get out of debt. I live a life of strong disciplines and rules I put on myself. I accept others who do not have these types of challenges upon themselves, but I have always believed that to be an active member of society, one must be worthy to be a member of that society. I don't believe in entitlements, I pull my own weight, I don't make excuses and I accept my weaknesses without allowing them to creep up and stop me. Two rules: 1) Never take anything in life personal, it's never about you anyway. 2) Never do anything you regret and never regret anything you do. Integrity and discipline is something you just do. |
