Kahuna will become famous soon enough
Default I need some advice to overcoming a challenge

When i changed my way of life, one thing i also want to change is, not to be ****ed with, to be more demanding and not to give up so easily.

The Problem is as follows, my bank change the TAN process, so my tanlist is nil. Now the Bank excpect me to pay about 15-20 dollar (10 euro) for the device or own a handy which cost 13-18 cent per sms and the cost for getting a handy, because i don`t have one.

So by the end of the month i can pay may rent via online banking, and have to pay more for every other way. I can`t even access my bank account at home.

I feel pretty abused by this, but i don`t see another alternative except sucking it up or try to find a bank who dosn`t charge me this, which chances are very slim, haven`t found on yet.

I fear if i suck it up, nothing changens, and i can be messed with, always. Thats hurts. How can i solve this problem?

Well basically mate the way I see it you have two solutions, both of which are sound and should hopefully not compromise either the person you are, or the person you wish to become too much. The only difference being one places slightly more emphasis on the earlier (catering to the 'old' more 'habitually prominent' you), and one on the latter (revving up the new you you wish to spin into action). However in the long run its all sweet, you've created a vision for yourself that has inspired you in a positive direction, and now you've analysed a plan to make it happen (which by the way you write you intend on following up on if necessary), so its basically only a matter of time (my point being that it doesn't really matter which you chose, the goal is in sight. So you can feel free to take it off the boil slightly).

So here are your options:

Option A:
You skip the hassle of this problem, pay the 15-20 Dollars, and commit to testing up your new "take no ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥" attitude on some more bitesize problems in order to help it become more prevalent slightly smoother, with less "BURN" and in a slightly longer time.

Pros:
  1. 15 Dollars really isn't that much. I don't know your sallery but I'm guessing on even the most moderate monthly income it will take a week or two tops for the feeling of taxation to escape your conscious awareness
  2. Easier process. You don't have to put yourself through the stress of achieving a successful result when theres not explicitly a reason to do so.
  3. Dropping out from this particular personal challenge doesn't mean theres not going to be an equivalent right around the corner, and one that might not run into such practicle problems (you might not be able to use a bank for a bit or something stuipd like that). Don't feel like this is your last chance to proove yourself. Like I said, take it off the boil man, let it simmer, no rush.
  4. Probably more

Option B:
You commit your whole self to resolving the issue with the bank until you get the outcome you desire. This means writing out a full vision of your intended result, in first person, as if its already happened, in as imaginative way possible, just as you see it. You then make a plan towards getting it, take the actions from the plan, review the vision, see if it still fits, see if it needs adapting/evolving slightly, the make an updated plan, do the steps, rinse repeat, rinse repeat, until you arrive at your goal.

Pros:
  1. Quicker at building your "take no ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥" muscle. You go through the 'pain' necessary to get the job done quicker. This includes facing up to fear, persisting even when you don't want to, facing rejection, working hard etc etc.
  2. Feel like you smashed it when you get the result. You can almost tast it now, can't you. Your own little personal victory.
  3. You save 15-20 dollars. You could buy 1500-2000 1 cent sweeties with that.

So yeah, there you have it. The leisurely stroll with the sights along the way, or the short cut where you have to walk through the woods in the dark. Either or really. As I mentioned, I really want to place the empesis on the fact that the situation really doesn't matter, nor does how you handle it. The stress you are/could be giving yourself is probably causing you more trouble than the situation itself. Whatever happens you arrive at the goal you want: becoming a stronger and more integral person, thats a guarentee. Like I said, its just how you get there.

ps wish you all the best with it mate, let me know how it goes x
