Question The success of any human system depends on the morality of its partcipants.

So, yeah. I've been thinking about those words for a long time. I've done a lot of research on the subject to back the claim, as I honestly believe it to be true. My problem is this: I can't find much of anything that outright says the same thing. I can't come to the conclusion that it is an original thought. Maybe I am too far off-base? Is there a problem with the word choice? Does anyone have any specific direction I can look towards to help back the thought?

I have to attribute the quote to myself until I can find (close to or) the same thing quoted by someone greater than I.

The term "morality of its participants" is vague.
What do you mean exactly with the term?

How do you define morality? Could it be that we are conditioned to the moral codes of the successful human system, and that in the event that any other human system emerged as successful, we would in turn be conditioned to their standards, and thus still have the notion that morality prevails? Our enemies at war are always evil, but surely they do not brand themselves as such.
