| Gandhi (1982) - IMDb Mother Teresa (1986) - IMDb The Social Network (2010) - IMDb Scarface (1983) - IMDb Malcolm X (1992) - IMDb In every one of these movies the leader was incredibly internally driven. The thing lacking from these is the basic amiable charisma. But that's not exciting so it doesn't make it into films really. |

| Twelve O'Clock High (1949) - IMDb U-571 (2000) - IMDb Hoosiers (1986) - IMDb There's a lot of leadership philosophy built into the new Battlestar Galactica series. The Horatio Hornblower series of books. Probably more I could think of. |

I'm currently reading The Wheel of Time series by Robert Jordan & Brandon Sanderson. The main characters (simple villagefolk having to become generals through the series) have to deal with learning leadership, so it may be good thought-provoking material |

| Solo Flight is a novel I wrote based on personal development ideas. The main character isn't in a position of leadership per se, but he practices many of the qualities of leaders -- vision, drive, etc. The best part is that it's short and you can read it for free through the link above. I also recommend The Fountainhead. |
