Question Lightworkers and Ego

I try to deal with my ego now and i have a question that mey help me a lot...

Do you think it is correct to say that:
Darkworkers are driven by EGO and
Lightworkers are driven by CONSCIENCE?

No, I wouldn't say that's accurate. Both are driven by a conscience, but a lightworker's conscience is focused externally (what's best for others), while a darkworker is focused internally (what's best for me).

Both paths ultimately transcend the ego but in different ways. For the lightworker, the God perspective asks, "How can this lightworker be of service to all?" The lightworker is an avatar of service to the entire universe.

For the darkworker, the God perspective is focused on the darkworker as the most valuable being. How can the universe be of service to this precious being?

Default Same thing

This is how I see it: Ego, the ego self, always puts itself before others; darkworker mentality. Also, a conscience can either excuse you or accuse you, depending on how well it's been trained. So, a lightworker must have a well-trained conscience and the ability to sometimes put others before himself/herself to be able to do any lightwork.

OK, thank you...

Is it accurate now?:
EGO is about level of consciousness, not about polarization.
"Low-aware" people are mostly driven by EGO, "High-aware" - are the TRUE SELF, polarized to [+] or [-].

Putting others before yourself is also very egotistical. I know; I've embodied the concept for years.
