Hey all, I've ended my experiment with Courage Wolf and decided to move on. That was fun while it lasted but I stopped getting real tangible results pretty quickly. I imagine that was because I was setting my sights pretty low. I took on an easy challenge (try this and see what happens) that was fulfilling for a while but kind of ceased. So, now I'm up for a bigger challenge. I'm going to take the meditation habit I've been building up and try something old-school. Not Zen, although I do love me some Zen but Tibetan Inner Flame Meditation. I've wanted to try this out ever since I saw some instructions in a book by Liang Shou-Yu and I think it's a technique with both spiritual and practical benefits.
