Default Help---I change my goal/idea too often

How can I stick to one of the goals?

I think my goal is to serve the most highness, to experience the being of my life and enjoy the experience.
And I hope to contribute my energy to the universe.

But it's easy for me to switch my insterests?
For example, I think I should do sth to help the needed people today.
But several days later I probably have some other idea that I 'd better focus on my own study in college.

I began to learn a foreign language last two weeks, and I found I stopped it unconsciously this week. I just cannot stick to one goal all the time.

My mind changes every day and I am not aware of it.
How can I make my mind focus on one thing all the time?

I guess you're like me, and 30 % of the population. An intuitive not a senser, by Jung's personalities. So it's natural you change your interest constantly because you get bored easily waiting, especially if nothing happens.

I'll get really excited about an idea for about two days and then boom, it's gone, because I've got a "better" one. I keep waiting for the one idea that I'm going to stick to no matter what. They are all pretty big and would require a lot of focus and work. One day, I want to write a book, a week later, I want to make a documentary, and a week after that, I want to start a business on the interenet.

The only things I can think of that would help would be to:

1. Start right away and get into it more so that it's not so easily tossed aside. Use the ready, fire, aim approach.

2. Visualize positive results of following through and stuff like that.

Maybe you should be focusing on the reasons for your goals. Why did/do you want to learn a foreign language?

You also said you just want to enjoy the experience. So, relax and enjoy. Maybe the few words you learned in the two weeks will help you some day.
