Hi, Firstly, I'd like to thank everyone on the forums for keeping everyone together and offering valuable insight into their problems, directions, and offering a glimmer of hope when they are 'in a bind'. I've done good things and bad things in my life and I've also picked up good habits and bad habits along the way. Some of the bad things that I've done have played on my concience for a while so I'm wondering if there is a way of rebuilding one-self, starting a new chapter, living life like there was no past meaning there was no previous experiences for referencing current thoughts and behaviours? If this is achievable, then is one-self able to do it on their own? Regards, SG |
