Default How should things be?

Should you be passionate or dispassionate?
Gentle or rough?
Positive or negative?
Fit or normal weight?
Wealthy or poor?

Originally I was very interested of personal development, but then I realized its goals are below basic questions of philosophy. You don't become better by being a smuggy person who only knows only one direction. Less meta and more actuality.

It depends on the person. Each and every one is different.

- So whether actions are good or bad is just a matter of flipping a coin?

Well, if you think like that I would say for your case, yes, but, wrt to others, is there not a measure of responsibility and accountability for your actions if they affect them and their interests are not respected??

Speaking for myself, I have come to appreciate there are no shoulds or shouldn'ts in life .. it's all about choice. What I want and like. Is what I do. While giving consideration to another person's interests if they are involved. So I just get into it and LIVE ... any over philosophising just takes me away from the doing and experiencing ... At the end of the day it's your life, and your choice, what you do with your time ..

How things should be in your life is how you want them to be.

I am probably one of those smuggy people but I am happy and given the chance to swap my life with anyone I would choose me. Not many people can say that.
