Default Lack of logic and social conditioning

When you'll read the entire post, you'll aknowledge the title of the thread sucks, but couldn't think of any better one.

Before you start yelling, that I'm not dumb!!!, know that I don't think so. I am slowly progressing on increasing my intelligence.

But I have a few problems with logic, one of which is not understanding social conditioning. What the...? Yes, I'm not one of those foes that you need to convience into a vegan diet, that jobs suck, etc.-I actually don't understand social conditioning due to my past mental problems, which I(mostly) overcame. It was problems with concentration, logic and wrong beliefs of reality(like believing everyone is trying to kill me).

After watching the newest Steve's video interview, I realised that Steve behaves completely differently than what I thought he would and since he is against social conditioning, this made me wonder whether my beliefs about it are wrong.

Before I turn this in a very long post, long story short I want your help describing how social conditioning looks like. I found this site handy(no ban pl0x, m'kay?), but I'm still not sure entirely how it looks like.

So a way of describing it would be:
  • Don't go vegan. Vegetarian is okay, but vegan could deprive you of /insert random BS here/.
  • Eat lots of proteins.
  • It is important to get married.
  • Behave nice to everyone and love them or you'll burn in hell.(=christian s.c.)
  • Do NOT read Steve Pavlina's site. People are CRAZY on those forums! (again, no ban pl0x)

How would you describe it? Any other(important) "facts" that I left out?

Thanks for help in advance!

Behave nice to everyone and love them or you'll burn in hell? Whoaa, now that I think about it I must've missed the memo .

Though I will agree that it does tend to be a S.C. it most certainly isn't a good one and I ignore it as the B.S that it is.

So... what's your question? Do you struggle with S.C?

No I mean I don't struggle with it, I just don't understand it.

See some info about logic
Logic - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

As for behavior, there are things that people do not like.
There are things that hurt people.
If you do not do that, you will be fine.
You do not need too much logic for that.

Mental problems cloud perception with biochemical cheats.
How do you know what is the reality that you should address?
When you are happy. That is the reality.
Anything else is a biochemical cheat in your brain.
