Anyway, if I couldn't artificially reproduce myself somehow, I send up flares into the sky to see if the aliens would come to rescue me. After all, I'm pretty sure they're watching us most of the time. Now, obviously these flares would have to be pretty large. I'm thinking nuclear missiles.

Or more realistically, I'd probably just sit in my room, get myself a cup of tea and read books until I drop dead...

Very true.... actually my wife watches that program, it bores the hell out of me.

I would go to the library, get as much information I can on human cloning.

Then I would head over to the best cloning facility in New York City and fiddle around with instruments till I'm able to clone myself twice.

Then, I'd change the order of the XY chromosones in one of my clones and make it a female.

I would do this over and over again till I have a small army of male and female versions of myself.

All the mean while teaching them how to breed and clone themselves.

Next thing you know, I'll have an entire planet full of versions of myself seeking for infinite knowledge.
