Are there any small things in your life that you could do to build some positive momentum? This will sound like a simplistic suggestion but in the past I faced similar internal conditions and doing even small things like getting rid of stuff I didn't need anymore, cleaning my house and car or tackling small projects helped me feel better. Just small things that helped me understand that I had power over my life. Once you can get some positive momentum it helps give you better perspective. I know some people on here are fond of the big questions: what do you love? what is your passion? what inspires you? etc... I envy the people that can jump into those things. For me though I found I had to start simple and build up to that. |

The more you talk about how weak and unhappy you are, the more weak and unhappy you will become. You should use positive affirmations and always look at positive aspects of life rather than negative. So instead of concentrating on how weak you are, focus on your best character features and improve them even more, so that you would become unique to the point that you are attracting other people to you without any effort from your part. Once you get more self - confidence you will most definitely find some kind of passion, because you will relax a bit and take your mind off depressing topics. |

Do you dance anymore? I think you used to dance, but you haven't for a while, you should do it again, even if it's just in your own ... I want to say living room, but I think I'd be more correct in saying appartment. I may be way off, but dancing could be your opening into expression, and not having to keep everything bundled up inside. |
