My challenge for 2009 is to be as fear free as I can. I have made great leaps so far. Im almost completely fear free when it comes to contribution. I no longer am scared of not being able to do what I want and make a good living from it.
But the thing that I am now at is "Fear of world affiars" "goverment" ect.
So many lies, darkworkers, and power crazy people. It feels overwhelming.
This is my first step into tackling this, so yeah.... Any advice? or resources?

The only person that they can hurt is the pain and fear inside you. Since you aren't that pain or fear, they can't hurt you.

Find the truth:

You have more of an impact on your life than they will ever have, no matter how much they tell you otherwise. All the lies, deceptions and power hungry people don't mean much, all you have to deal with is their actions, and they are very minor when compared with the individuals you deal with on a daily basis, and insignificant compared to your own self. Honestly, the government really doesn't matter in the long run to people, and half of their press releases are just trying to make themselves seem more important to you.

The truth is, you are more important than they are.

Fear is a powerful force. Doesn't it make more sense to channel it than try to be 'fear free'?

Look at your strengths, your desires, and your purpose, whatever it may be, and really feel it, think it, see it and hear it, and then FOCUS your energy on discovering where you can leverage and hone these skills to greatest effect.

Leverage is key, here. You see this issues? Where is your leverage? Is your leverage in your personal connections, your ability to think and plan strategically, create efficient systems, empathize with causes, visualize ideas? What is it? Where do you possess the most leverage? How can you use this leverage to generate change?

Think about a president, like US President Obama. He's one human being, with the same biology as the rest of us, a similar genome, a mostly similar brain, etc. But unlike, say, a broke homeless individual, he has more leverage. He has leverage over the people and resources in America, on public opinion, but not, say, on cutting down China's pollution and slave labor, or traveling to Mars (at least not directly), or raising everyone's consciousness above government.

So where is your leverage? And how can you position yourself to increase your leverage?

Information in your mind has leverage on your actions alone.

Information in the world can have leverage over a generation, an entire people.

A personal consultation has direct leverage on one person.

A video series on the world wide web attracting targeted traffic: now that can leverage hundreds, thousands, and sometimes millions of people.

Think deeply on this issue of leverage and position. Then relax and meditate. Enjoy yourself!

You may wish to start on this path by cutting out extraneous influences and deciding what to replace them with, using Steve's principle of scaffolding. Then you may enjoy a systematized format to effectively deal with this issue.

It is your life, and the power is yours. Think deeply on this issue.

Well darkworkers, for one, aren't necessarily bad people: I always claim that there is a difference between unconscious and darkworker.

If you make every of your "darkworker" actions consciously and deliberately, then you are a conscious darkworker.
