Default Introvert/Extrovert Darkworker?

So all these discussions and articles about darkworkers seem to fit the extrovert personalities.

So what about introvert personalities like me? Or maybe I should become extrovert to polarize?

Overall what is the relation between introversion/extroversion with polarizing?

Should I sacrifice my introverted lifestyle to polarize as a darkworker?

If you believe your introverted nature serves you positivily, then by all means be introverted.

I'm an introvert who is enthusiastic about darkworking. I think it actually works better if you're an introvert. Introverts are naturally more inward and therefore more prone to being self-involved. Extroverts gravitate towards others and would be more liable to focus on others. It doesn't really matter though, either can be either.

Introvert or extrovert is irrelevant. Do you care only about yourself, or not?

I would have to agree with CroMagna that darkworking is actually more compatible with introversion.
Maybe you don't mean introversion as much as you mean social anxieties, like you're afraid of asking for what you want from others. If that's the case, that's not introversion, it's shyness. Shyness might or might not be something you'll want to get rid of. It depends, do you plan to be assertive or pursue some other goal where shyness would be an obstacle? Then get rid of it. I find [U]Boundaries[U] by Henry Cloud and John Townsend to be a helpful book on that. But frankly the best solution (what got rid of my shyness) is just forcing yourself into frightening situations. Mental preperation (mentally rehearsing or talking to a mirror) makes this a bit easier but don't fool yourself, it will be scary and difficult. It all depends, do you really want to get rid of your shyness?
Or if you just mean introversion then I would say no, I don't see a need to. You know the situation better than I do. Is introversion blocking you? Then get rid of it.

yes my problem is that I reallyyy shy and I hate people who are shy...therefore the logical conclusion is that I hate myself when I'm shy.
