Default Should I give up a source of free passive income?

On some of my old OLD sides i used an advertiser money4banners.co.uk
They pay you a fixed amount each month for putting banners on your site and it doesn't matter how many views your site gets!
I am getting $20 a month paid into my paypal account from them.. Always get it on time and with not problems
BUT... Im worried Im not creating real value.... The sites the banners are on hardly get any views... im sure they haven't got their moneys worth.... I have got about $500 from them altogether now..
Im guessing they trick the advertisers into thinking its a good idea or something.. Im not sure how they get people to pay them .... but yeah...
I do like getting this money.. It does come in.. Im a student when i was back in school this was the first money i made myself and it replaced me getting allowance from my parents each week
When i start up my business and start selling my art I really wont need this money.... so shall i just stop it?
Another thought I had is that should I keep getting the money.. but give it to charity? This would be much more usefull all around. The advertisements were for insurance companies... I would much rather the value go to charity than save an insurance company money on false advertising :P
Yeah.. Suggestions please

You are speculating that the ad isn't providing $20 a month worth of value to the advertiser, or that it is a scam or "false advertising". You don't know this for a fact. If it were me, I would not worry about it.

If they allow multiple sites (or accounts), couldn't you just make a ton of blogs (like 1000) and then put the banners on them and then make $5000 per month?

Tempting....

So what? Maybe it is more costly and troublesome to go around the web asking people with small, unpopular sites to stop participating than it is to find and add new places to show the ads.

I thought this at first. It seemed to good to be true..
The thing is they only accept sites that are fully built...but still yeah.. they accept up to 100 sites.

i wouldnt really worry about it.

however, if you feel that you should get rid of it, then do so.

I was thinking about doing this at the time but they are currently not accepting more people. The thing that stoped me then was I wasnt sure becuase I wasnt sure /if i should as it cant be helping people to the value of $400 a month.. you know? Also.. I didnt have a passion for them.

If you feel that bad about not providing enough value for $20, give that money to charity.

Dwixi....are you the same person that used to post with the name "Orange"?
