Do not choose the Path of Least Resistance. You'll just end up being upset. Choose instead the Path of Most Fulfillment. That's what Steve said in "Feelings". He also said that it's not the position but the path that brings fulfillment in "7 to 10". I agree with him wholeheartedly. I had a breakthrough yesterday and it occurred to me that my unease was due to my path. I knew then I must choose the Path of Most Fulfillment. What if you don't know what that is? I'm at a crossroad and I'm not sure what which path is the cop-out and which path is the Path of Most Fulfillment. Darkworker or lightworker? ("Hero" or "Villain"). What is the "hero"? The "hero" is the person who starts a non-profit based on her heartbreak (misogyny). The "hero" starts a non-profit, maybe called SCUBAH (Stop Calling Us Bitches and Hoes). The "hero" also writes a book called The End of Sexism, based on her favorite book The End of Racism by Dinesh D'Souza. The "hero" helps blacks, gays, atheists, and other youth come to terms with their "identities". What is the "villain"? The "villain" I'm not sure of. The only "villainous" behavior I can think of is either illegal or unrealistic. Last edited by CroMagna; 12-11-2008 at 06:13 PM. |

I'm not even sure if you choose a path. I'm not sure if there's any decisions to be made. The duality of decided between two options doesn't fit in with the idea of the path of most fulfillment. If you really were following your best path, wouldn't it be discovered, or created? |

Perhaps you would do better defining it as "selfworker". Darkworker's goals are not necessarily destructive, even if they are geared towards greater power. Frequently said here: Power is not to get yourself arrested. But power icould be owning a large, well-doing company. Bullying your employees would be also no sign of darkworking, but insecureness - success will not be had with this behaviour, it will tear business down. Define your goals, your true goals, and see if you'd be happy to pursue them no matter what it takes, and when you're not happy with that idea (but be sure that you're not suffering from the influence of society/religion when determing this), maybe you should choose lightworking - or put the choice of. Or make the beloved 30-day-trial. You do not HAVE to polarize, ya know. As you're posting so much about the choice, it seems to me that you are not really ready to make it. Remember, just "informing" yourself an dposting about it can also be a form of procrastination.

I find that the 'labels' of darkworker and lightworker are as confining and trap-setting as any that society imposes on an individual. Your best bet is to free yourself of any labels or stereotypes that shackle and avert you from being your true self.
