Default Where should the passion to produce a product come from?

Say like..computers... or clothes..or food....
all these things are made in a factory by people that mostly really don't want to do it!
The passion to do the work side of things comes from your you believing in what your making.. but... doesnt just making the same thing all day take away that passion.
Is there a way things like these could be made by people that are passionate about them.
They might even like the product they are making but surely they dont have the drive to make them all day for any other reason than money..?
