Default Discover Your Strengths

In a few of his articles Steve highly recommended Now, Discover Your Strengths or Strengths Finder 2.0. I looked them up but to buy them, mostly for the online test and I will be able to do it only once, doesn't seem to be worth the price. Are they, though? If they are very valuable, which is better? What other such books that help me find my strengths (and weaknesses?) would you recommend?

Thanks a lot for your help.

Go with Strength Finder 2.0 as it is the newer version. I don't get why they'd still sell the other one. I bought it for like $14 at Barnes and noble a while back. There is a little story in there about doing what your meant to that I enjoy retelling. The true value in this lies in who you are, because this will show somethings about yourself that you might already know or might not. Also, it may show you in a way that you you've never noticed or thought of before. If you are unsure of what your strengths are, then I highly recommend it.

I've adopted a belief from Anthony Robbins that has helped me. If I draw one new idea, or reinforce an previously learned idea, then it has been worth the time, money and energy invested. Paraphrased of course.

I agree
I found the book cheaper on AMAZON.com and used it
it was very insightful and worth the price of the book
now the problem is applying what I learned to a new career !
