I found my purpose by going through this program from Steve Little: Perfect Biz Finder

"My purpose is to use insight, compassion, and the rapid embodiment of wisdom to empower others to experience meaningful states of inner peace, joy, and abundance."

It sounds like one of those new-age mumbo-jumbo statements... but it actually does have personal meaning. Whenever I have to ask myself, "What the heck am I doing?" I look at that statement and ask myself:

"Am I using my insight effectively?"

"Am I being compassionate?"

"Am I gaining new wisdom rapidly?"

"Am I sharing that wisdom?"

"Is what I am doing going to help somebody else feel peace, joy, or abundance?"

If I can't at least answer "Yes" to one of those questions, then I may need to reconsider the way I'm going about something.
