There are already conditions on existence, or on life to be more specific. You have to follow certain rules to stay here, for example not jump off high buildings. On nature being random and chaotic, that's a debate. Life could very well be very well organized and doing exactly what it set out to do, no random anything, even to the point of no free will. That's the other side of the debate.

I think that's fair. Perhaps we simply have to exert our existence, and keep surviving as a species, no matter what. Of course as individuals we're all going to die. The more I think about it, the less likely the alternatives appear. As for your second point, I actually believe in hard determinism, so understand that when I say nature is "random and chaotic", I'm saying this is true insofar that we can control or perceive it. We can grasp some small aspect of it and create order (in fact I think we have to), but on the whole, nature does appear chaotic. If somebody did figure out the order of the universe, give a guy a heads up.
