Hi I'm new here, so hope I've picked the right forum to post in.
I'm working my way through the (work)book 'your own worst enemy' by Kenneth Christian (coach/author). There's a series of exercises I have to go through in terms of development/growth. Part of the suggested preparation is
lining up a support buddy. As I see it, someone for me to email say once a week for the duration of the project [at a guess 6 months] & update on progress. Nothing heavy needed from this buddy, just the occasional nudge if I lapse/plateau, hopefully just a few minutes each week of someones time. Worst case this buddy can just stop anytime, no gripes from me.
The book does suggest familiarity with it's contents would be useful.
Anybody out there willing to be this buddy?

I haven't read the book, but I would be happy to be your buddy. Maybe I could even learn a thing or two from you.

Thanks for you kind offer, fainaent got in quick & offered so I've said OK to him. Of course he's at liberty to stop anytime he chooses, in which case my needs may change in the future & I may need to revisit this. At the moment though, this is sorted for me. Thanks again for your offer.
