I find this kind of funny but I picked this concept up from the show Battlestar Galactica.
One of the cylons mentioned that Clarity of Spirit is to be No longer burdened by conscious, guilt and shame.
What do you think?
Does it also coincide with Pavlina's polarity theory?

If you feel burdened by conscience, guilt, or shame, that means you're carrying it around without acting on the signals it's there to give you. If you are burdened, you're choosing to be burdened.
