Default How to contribute in a larger way..

I recently met a young lady at college who is looking for a way to contribute to the world. She is particularly interested in working with young children at places such as orphanages in europe by performing art therapy or other creative things, i think because she has a 4 year old daughter. She is very spiritual (not religeous, her parents are mormon but it didn't feel right to her so she stopped participating and pursued her own path), very intuitive and seems very bright.

She feels the same way about college as me.. that it is dumbing us down.. not bringing about our full potential that we know we have, and is therefore finding it real hard to find a reason to come back for the next semester.

She does not particularly view materialistic things in a positive way, I don't know if I said that right but what I mean is she has kind of a negative view of money.. she feels that there are much better ways to bring happiness and abundance. She believes in IM and so I have told her to try it to make it happen.

However I've had the feeling to bring it to attention here.. So what I am asking of you is this: Does anyone know any such programs that maybe sponsor people to help out at orphanages or other places with small children that she can travel to in Europe with her child?

Or any other such ideas to help her achieve something similar?

More heads bring about more ideas...
