why the heck is spore taking so long?
steve, your still in the circle, in the know as it were. When is spore coming out?

why here? because we all enjoy this site so much, I'm putting this into the character and contribution section. Because this quite a large achievement. Now this leads to a further question (we ready for this??), check out games. people who makes games. "ken perlin" for example. I would characterize that guy a genius. My person favorite is a method to see 4-d... surprising, yes? ok... the picture in your head should be how do balls normally pack? ya know, kiddy balls? well, take a look.

goes from an abstraction to 3-d... but! when you move it off, i'ts a look at a 4-d perspective.

hmm... another question that often gets to me... the google spell check. What does it do with that information that it has just processed?? curious eh? oh well. [oh!! curious pps, because this letter is in process... when i used the google spell check, it wants to correct google "Google"]

ever hear of the seed thing? how about "the golden sh + it = ???? " do you say the word "balls/z" ? i'm not saying i created those terms, but i spread them.

What do you spread? I try to spread enough that we know whats going on, but now, look backwards. Look to see how what you have done has contributed. Where does your life's work matter? Everybody does. It's all adding to our current society. If a butterfly flapped in space, where is the tornado?

Check out ken wilber. another genius. what i've gotten from him (even if he isn't saying it) is that we need to grow in. He's saying there are two types of human growth. There is the capitalistic, money approach. But right now, there are so many people wanting to work on themselves.

Spore is one of the toughest game programming jobs that has appeared in a long, long time. I mean, one of the developers was talking about why you should've paid attention in multivariate calculus, a class not known for its relevance in game programming. It's coming out approximately Q2 2007.
