I was reading one of my favorite books of all time, Think and Grow Rich by good old Napoleon Hill and he talks about Sex Transmutation, which is basically using your sexual desires to fuel your drive towards your purpose or life. I personally have a high sex drive, and was wondering for suggestions on how I could use this to my advantage (higher drive, more motivation, creativity...) verses disadvantage (being distracted, thinking about sex....). I don't really know what type of practical suggestions one might have in this area, but I think it's important, and learning to harness this power could be fantastic for me and a lot of other people, especially when it comes to driving towards our purposes.

The first thing to do is conserve your energy, but then you still need to meditate (what Bill Bodri would call "cultivate") or else it won't really matter. Assuming that they are still conserving their energy, there's a lot of celibate "religious" people (priests, nuns, monks, etc.) who still aren't particularly advanced.
