Default In the past 3 months...

What is one thing (or a couple/few things) that has changed about you or your view about life?

Mine: Change must occur from the inside out, not outside in...

I have learnt to take more responsibility, for the way my life currently is, and for my own happiness. So, ownership and taking charge I suppose.

Actually, I think 3 months is about the length of time I've really gotten into the forums here, and although I don't adopt the things discussed here verbatim, I believe I've taken away alot and have changed in minute ways, some unperceivable (is that the word?) even to myself. I have noticed that I treat myself better, and my partner as well. A lot of little things adding up to one big positive.

Also, I feel like I'm able to help people here, which made me realise I might know more than I think I do. Massive confidence increase. So, I guess thanks to the members of the forum!

One of the greatest realizations I've learned in the past 3 months is how to find love within yourself instead of looking for it from someone else. I think this is one of the greatest lessons that we can learn. It has really liberated me and helped me accept others more freely, without placing expectations on them. =)
