| I'm well aware of the benefits of journalling, sorting things out in your mind, asking the right questions, etc (I'm not talking about a personal diary). however, I just can't think of things i should write about... What kind of things do you use a journal for? what sort of questions or things do you ask? does anyone have any examples? thanks |

| I mainly use journaling as a tool for gaining clarity when I have to make tricky decisions about the road ahead. If you want to know some of the questions I often use, download the free 45-day trial of The Journal and browse through the included Steve Pavlina templates (20 of them). That should give you tons of ideas, and it won't cost you anything to look, since those templates are included with the trial.

| Look through the self-improvement books in the library. Many of them have tons of journaling to go along with the reading. Right now I am reading "You Can Heal Your Life" by Louise Hay along with her "Love Yourself, Heal Your Life Workbook" and "Creating Extraordinary Joy" by Alexander and Deborah Waitley, and I have more journaling exercises than I can handle.
