Gidday, I am wanting to start some websites using the service of free information to people with adsense/other affiliates being provided to perhaps profit from. Question is i assume that as soon as you use adsense/yahoo ads/or other affiliates then you need to have a business to file the income received as company income. I am currently living outside of my home country and filing tax returns from across the other side of the world is near to impossible, i'm in Canada and i cant have a Canadian company because I'm not Canadian. I was thinking of starting a Nevada based company because of the tax advantages. My question is does anyone have a nevada based business for the same purpose? is it hard to get professional advice? and help filling out the forms? what are the cons of using a broker type service (i tried asking this last question to a broker - i specifically said "this is such a good deal why isnt everyone doing it?" and they replied back saying they couldnt answer my question). So if i could get the following advice or perhaps more areas or sites I could read then that would be absolutely fantastic? Regards Mark |

No experience with Nevada, but you don't need to setup a company for an Adsense account, you can just claim it personally.

I did a bit of reading on the Canadian income tax guide and I should be able to claim the checks I may receive from some US companies as foreign income which would make it alot easier to pay tax rather than incorporate. Takes a weight off my mind. However I guess if i incorporated I'd probably pay less tax than the current canadian rate of around 33%.
