I would like to recommend GeniusTypes.com to anyone who wants to create passive income. This blog has many gems and some life-changing articles. I really suggest subscribing. It also covers some other aspects of personal development as well. It's not my article if that's what you ment, I just found this site a week ago. Anyway, I think this blog has great potential. Less than 1000 subscribers and it already shows up twice on the first page when you google "passive income" I especially liked "A Roadmap from Debt to Living your Passion" because it shows you step by step to obtaining finanical abundance and "See Money Differently to Attract More" because it shows you how to set up a system where you can't go into debt.

Sorry for the mistaken assumption, usually when people mention sites, I'd figure it's their own. (Site's still alright, though)

Interesting articles, munish, not sure how it relates to geniustypes.com though. Sounds like the best time to buy a house is to wait until after the real estate market crashes, I'll be renting until them.
