| I am having a hard idea researching to see if this is a viable idea and how I could go about learning what I need to accomplish it. I want to buy poorly maintained (but repairable) properties in mass in bad neighborhoods for very low prices, fix them up, and convert them into buildings that will serves as (depending on the building) rentals, businesses and community centers. The buildings will ideally be in close proxmity to each other, so that I can have renters go to my stores and the community center could provide positive activities for their kids. I consider this as much a philanthropist goal as a business goal as I believe fixing up otherwise unused buildings could improve these communites, as well as provide jobs and a better future for the children. What sort of knowledge am I going to need to pull this off? I don't even know where to start. |

| You will either need a lot of capital or excellent persuasion skills (to get someone to give you the capital).
