I have already started receiving feedback from many of you (thank you!) and will be responding to each and every one of you shortly. I am glad that so many people enjoyed the material in the eBook. Once everyone has had a chance to respond, I will go into analysis mode, and then (when the book is ready), I will release to the general public. Thanks again for your participation, everyone.
