Default Mr. Money Mustache, anyone?

A few days ago, I discovered that one of my favorite bloggers is retiring. In his final post, he "passed the torch" to a new blogger, Mr. Money Mustache.

I'm a huge fan of personal finances, especially things that buck the trend. To my delight, I found that this blog kicks ass:

Mr. Money Mustache | Putting the Cash in your Stash

I've been adopting a similar lifestyle in the past year, and you really do save a lot of money. I know many of us dream of working less (or not at all) so be sure to read this over.

Since I'm on the topic of awesome PF blogs, here's a couple more:

How to Be Rich - Get Simple Tips On Personal Finance
Early Retirement Extreme (this is the one that retired )

Enjoy!

Did he say why he was leaving the blog? I'm only asking because it's less than a year old.

He makes a great point about the library. Checking out books saves a lot of money instead of constantly buying every new title that comes out. However, if I come across a book I want in my collection, I'll buy. But these days most of the books I buy are Kindle books. Only antique books live on my shelves.

Thanks for sharing the link! I'll read more on the site over the week.
