Question about outsourcing product reviews.

I was wondering if anyone here knows about any services that are intended for outsourcing product reviews of specific products.

I am building a website focused partially on product reviews of electronic devices. Ideally, I would like each product review to be a personal review that sounds like it is written by an individual user who actually owns the product he is talking about. However, this almost seems impossible to do alone, because the category of products that I'm working with has more than 100 devices that are all in the $100+ price range.

In other words, there's no way in hell that I would have the time or the money to buy every device and write a personalized review of it.

I realize that I could easily write or outsource the writing of a "non-personal" review that just reports aggregate reviews or data about the product, but I would only prefer to resort to that if it's absolutely necessary.

Essentially, what I am looking for is a service where I can post a "Review of Product [X] Wanted, Will Pay $[Y] For It" and then have people who actually own the product write a review for it and me pay them individually via Paypal or whatever.

This would allow me to get different people to each write a personal review of each product, and every review would actually be written by someone who owns the product and has used it.

Does anyone know of any service like this, or any service that could be used for this purpose?

Hmmm. I don't know. I'm glad to hear you want reviews from people that have actually used them though!

I would look for that item for sale on Craigslist or Ebay and then ask the seller what they thought of it. ...it will probably be slanted a little extra positive though, since they're trying to sell it
