How to Capitalize on a Hot Product??
There's a certain new hot money-making product...say, hard liquor (!), but where do you go for manufacturers or wholesalers? How would you go about finding drop-shippers??
I need to know business basics like this. Is there some textbook approach here, or do people just go out and look at the label on the product and start making phone calls?
What if the sample you have is white or private-labeled; how do you determine the OEM then??
I can easily imagine setting up a simple website, but I need to source this product first, and get drop-shipping if possible since I don't want a ton of this around my place (hot though it is, it may fizzle and I might be stuck; besides, I need all the real estate I have!)....

Does the company that makes the product have a sales department? They may be interested in directly drop shipping--which is NOT the case in every industry, but for some. So I would start there with a simple phone call inquiring about their product and how to get your hands on it.

If there only one supplier for a product calling them directly might be the only option.
Otherwise Manufacturers, Suppliers, Exporters & Importers from the world's largest online B2B marketplace-Alibaba.com is a good website to find a supplier.
You could for example be an Amazon affilate to sell the product.
