Hi guys,

I have a highly paid job at just 24 years old - my job has really good prospects but I don't particularly enjoy it as much as some of my old jobs but I do leave on time each evening compared to my old jobs, which is great

My first love is making music, I was previously a successful DJ but in my spare time now I like to make music.

I know I have the skills to release music and get paid to tour, the problem is, is that because I also have some really great passive income streams that can make me a lot more money, what do I choose to do?

Simply
a) Do I invest more time in to building my passive income
b) Make music, release it and see how it goes
c) Build passive first, then make music

I get worried if I don't do the passive thing I've missed an opportunity to make my life easier - but at the same time I feel this is my last chance to make music.

Any thoughts?

Make making music your passive income business.

Why do you feel that this is the last chance for you to make music? You said you were only 24, correct?

I just always feel that in my early twenties is the best time to do music. Especially as my music is dance orientated but I do suppose there are a few years left in my twenties

It's the pressure to succeed, you see...

Raja Ram is in his seventies doing dance-oriented psychedelic music, you probably have heared of him, he started doing it profesionally in his forties. He's the owner of one of the most successful goa trance record labels, and also a very successful musician, you can see him dancing and playing flute to the audience of acidheads in this video:

Shpongle -- Around the World in a Tea Daze Tokyo Live - YouTube

Any age is a good age to make music, but the best time is when you feel inspired, which is now.
