 |  Work that can be done while travelling?
I'm trying to come up with a list of ideas of generating income while on the road. I have a little passive income from various sources, and one source of active income I can do. But I want to have other options, firstly so that I can have some variety when I want it, and secondly as a failsafe. Here's what I've come up with so far, can you add to the list? I've broken it into online and offline sources. ONLINE Blogging + Ads, ebooks etc. Freelance writing Selling phone apps Freelance website work (designing, setting up blogs etc) OFFLINE Teaching English Bar/Rep work |

Although it's not for everyone, what I sometimes do if I'm due to travel is that I get in touch with groups or organizations at the destination I'm going to be traveling to in advance. If I have some down time during my travels, I'll try to get some talks booked. This is how I get exposed to international audiences.

Rep work is where you go out on the streets and hustle to get people into a particular bar by being a fun, zany loonatic and offering them deals and free drinks and stuff. Cheers Clint, I don't give talks but I wonder if there's something else I could do instead... |
