I'm wondering are there any websites or blogs that are looking for writers and are willing to pay for quality content?

I mean, the ones you can email directly, as opposed to bidding on freelancing websites?

If you can write quality content, why don't you just create your own? Don't want to deal with marketing and monetizing the content? Want the cash upfront (no risk)? Don't like building websites?

Go to problogger.net and check out the Job board, check some other big blogs, some have job boards..

Demand Media also could be paying for content...
