I already have one website with hosting.

If I start another website, can I use my current hosting for it?

I am paying $100 per year for hosting plus $10 per year for website.

So if I got another website, would it mean that it only costs $10 more per year?

It depends on the web host's policy. I use Bluehost.com and I believe they allow you to host any number of domains on a single hosting subscription.

So, check out your web host's website, and read up on their FAQ or whatever. They might allow you to host multiple sites without paying more for hosting.

If you are allowed to add another domain name to your website (you can check via cPanel) then you can make another website by buying the domain name (for around $10) and setting it up.

I'm on Bluehost as well. My previous webhost didn't allow additional websites without an extra cost but Bluehost does allow this. I wrote an article on the criteria that I use for choosing webhosting. I have five websites and their associated blogs all under one hosting account now.
