I was just wondering about this. If you are an affiliate with a company which leaves, say, a 60 day cookie on a prospective customer's computer. What happens if that customer then follows ANOTHER affiliate's link to the same company? Does one cookie overwrite the other? Does the first cookie take precedence? Are the proceeds of any sale split between the two affiliates? Anyone got any idea of the answer? |
