Question My Boss claims he doesn't claim me in his taxes 10-99?

Ok I've been getting paid under the table $300 a week for 3 yrs from my boss. But someone told me if he is writing me checks under the business name he is filling out a 10-99 with my name when he files taxes. Which would mean I gonna own the IRS a lot of money when I file my taxes for the first time. IS THERE ANYWAY I CAN CHECK TO SEE IF HE IS FILING A 10-99 ON ME???

The best way to find out would be to ask him.

If he is paying you on a 1099, you should get one in the mail every January.
If he's been doing it this way for 3 years, and you haven't gotten a 1099, then it would look as though he's not filing. But his books might not stand up to an audit if he's paying money out to an individual without treating it as payroll wages, 1099 wages or reimbursement.

Again, it would be easiest to just ask.

And it might be preferable to downsize your font on this forum.

If he is, then you still might not have much of a tax liability at those wages.
