I'm really surprised that no one has a link to post. I haven't placed my order yet. I will give it a while today. If someone has an associates link feel free to post. I hate to not use one!

Perhaps you might consider trying a link from a charity?

I wasn't too sure about this thread at first (thought it might bring in a lot of spam) but this is actually a neat idea

I lucked out in Texas. Instead of cutting off affiliates, Amazon closed their distribution center instead.
