Default Question of business communication ettiquette

So,

I'm writing a letter of interest, seeking employment. How does one address a woman without knowing their marital status?

Ms. or Mrs.? What's appropriate when unsure of marital status?

Perfect. Thank you so much, especially for the quick reply.

I didn't want to come off as chauvinist to imply that a successful woman would or should be married, but I didn't want to imply that she couldn't be either. I'm glad there's a standard.
