Default Summer employment; please provide advice

Summer is coming and I'm looking for a job. I'm an international student, not fluent in english, but when somebody talks slowly I understand.

I've an opportunity of job near my university: employmentMD

Can you have a look at it and tell me if I'm qualifiable? I mean if you were the employer will you choose me?

I also read a part about being able to fill a W-2 which I know near to nothing about.

thanks for you advice

What a W-2 is i don't know either (I'm not a from the usa), but i do know that it says in the ad:
"The ability to communicate effectively with other staff members and delegate responsibilities to others as a cohesive team."
Which may be a problem if you're slow on english, but I can't qualify your level of english from an internet forum.

But all anyone can say who doesn't do the work or manages the applications is:

Apply for the job and see if you get it.

You've got nothing to lose. If you don't get the job you're at exactly the same position you are when you don't apply, but when you get it it's a better position.

The W-2 is a commonly used tax form. (Here's a copy.) As far as your qualifications, that may be difficult to assess here. Have you any experience with leadership and/or customer service?

P.S: I'm moving this thread to the Business & Financial forum.
