Found this great resource today, wanted to share: Passive Income 101

This guy teaches people about niche sites. Niche sites are basically the same thing that SBI teaches (build a site about a specific topic/niche), except that SBI encourages you to build an authoritative niche site (lots of content, many pages) whereas some people encourage others to create many sites with small to medium amounts of content. I prefer the SBI way, myself.

Even if you've already got a good education and plan (from SBI or otherwise), I think we can pick up some good tips here.

thanks for posting it. I actually have been following pat flynn's blog for a little while. The guy is great and shares all of his tips about how he makes passive income. Currently I think he makes about 20k a month and I have gotten several great ideas from him

Definitely worth reading his site.
