I have a layout that I would like for my site with certain functions I will need.
A few of the elegant themes(which I have a paid membership to) come close to the layout but they are each missing something or make another part impossible for ME to do.

From the layout shown in the picture, The bottom content is a quote that changes every few seconds or so. I would be okay with that above the article content area. I will also use the "article content area" for other functions and not articles. And obviously the top left I would put my logo. I would be okay with the background picture being a solid color or something that isn't too bold. I must be able to login to wordpress direct and make changes, add plugins, etc.. in the future.

Although the content area where it shows articles that have been posted... I will be using these areas for other things. I plan on integrating a google calendar for clients to book their own appointments. I also plan on having another one of those areas lead to another page of the site. The third area could be used for blog content, although I am not sure I will always use it for that.

I like how simple this site it. Social marketing on the top right, logo top left. The content of the site with almost an in front of look over the background, which I would want something simple and professional.

Like I said in the post. A lot of the elegant themes come close to this but not completely. I really like the Modest theme, However I have no use for changing pictures with info in the middle. I also like the look of the content being in front of the background with social networking and logo on top of it, which the modest theme does not have either.

My main priorities are that its clean and good SEO, looks professional and then once people are viewing the site, it is very clear what things are and where to go.

Hi tiffy love, I often use the fiverr type places when i need anything techie doing , the work is often carried out by people in the far east and is often done for just 5 dollars. You can post your job and await for repies.
