Default Need to buy a new house

I live in a 40 year old house and it is giving up on us now. Actually, after my parents' death, me and my family moved to their home. We have been living here for almost 11 years now and would like to move to a bigger, better and more modern house.

The house is in very bad condition and it won't be a good investment to get it repaired. Now, I have the option of either rebuilding the entire house or buy a new one. Any suggestions? What will cost less?

You should definitely write down the types of improvements for your house that you would pay for, if you were to fix your own house, and then ask a professional who does house repairs to come and give you an estimate.

There is absolutely no way we can tell you any numbers based on what you have said. It all depends on the type of work being done to your house. Or if you buy a new one, where it is located and how big and etc etc etc.
