 |  Stop people putting words in my mouth
Hi All, I have made a thorough search on the website and found that the users of this forum website makes good guidances and suggestions to some of the situation I am experiencing. I am working in the society for 3 years and lately, I found that there are a few experiences that people who work much longer in the industry which I am working, are beginning to put wrong words in my mouth. This occurs especially when I am not present to confront the truth about the details which was mentioned, which arises my managers doubt whether I did follow his words accordingly to convey the message over. My manager is rather dissatisfied with what was told by the other parties, but at the same time I did clarify my words with him. What should it be done or what can i do to stop these people from PUTTING NASTY WORDS IN MY MOUTH??  Agonized Learn Before Judgemental  |
