Default Recruitment Agency

Have you ever had experience looking for work through a recruitment agency and if so, what was your general experience? What did you like about it and what did you not like? Would you do it again?

I'm particularly looking for input from people who have been in contact with different agencies and I want to know how you felt about it. Did you get what you were looking for? And what could the recruiter have done better in order to give you what you want?

What do you think?

Perhaps even in general, what do you want out of a recruitment agency?

Default Good way to find opportunities

I had a recruitment agency many years ago, when I was looking for a job. I would say that it is a good way to find companies which are looking for people with your skill set. But, that's where the help ends. Many times, they send you on interviews in companies which are way below your standard.

Before hiring any agency, check their credentials carefully.
