For me I'll definitely go for properties. Renting out can make a profits while paying the monthly debt back to the properties. It means your tenants pay for your house, and your net worth grow every month, by having people paying the debt. It's a great way to build passive income and make more cash flow into your pocket when you master it. I'm from Malaysia, not too sure about the culture and things going on on your country especially on properties investment. |

Yeah, thought about creating a product/idea/service..... but i didn't get it yet - but the thing is - if I'd have a great idea and the money's in something else that wouln't be a great problem cause my dad would certainly borrow (invest in me) the money for that idea/product/service ---- but that could be 2 days from now or 20 years from now when i get THAT idea - so i think it would be better investing the money now in something that generates passive income or at least good interest. As said earlier - I already thought about the property idea for quite a while but my concern is that my money's not enough to buy a house/appartment. I think here in my area you have to have at least around $ 150000 for a small appartment - the other alternative would be to get a loan from a bank and let the appartment pay for itself - but I don't really know how risky that is and the "value-for-money" is. Edit: roughly calculated it - appartment for € 130000 pays itself off in let's say 20 years - that would be a interest rate of around 5% - would that be roughly correct? So guys - hoping for even more feedback + ideas - thanks very much - your great tom |

Hey, in my opinion is just to save money, for future prefences, or treat yourself to a nice holiday. If you're unsure on wether to invest or do other things. Then just surely save the money, who knows when you may need it?
