Is there any reason I have to list it on my website? The LLC is not the same name of the website and the main thing is, I really don't want people being able to look up my personal physical address.

Of course, if they knew the name of the LLC, they could go to the state website and get it, but if they don't know the name of the LLC, they won't be able to look it up and it seems I would still have all the protections the LLC provides.

Simply enter a copyright message for your blog in the footer section.
e.g. Copyright 2010 myblog.com

Use your LLC if you are selling products directly on your blog like say through paypal or similar. When people order your product, they should see that they are ordering from say ABC LLC as an example.

Just out of interest- could you set up offshore? Are there any advantages to this?

I know someone who knows how to do exactly what you want. I don't know all the details, but I know he is set up in the US.
